A complete web and brand refresh

Tillers Carpet Cleaning is a family owned carpet cleaning business local to the Twin Cities area. Their core tenets are based in trust, quality, and customer experience. >Greater Thought worked with Tillers Carpet Cleaning to refresh their brand and website as well as provide marketing support amplifying these values.

The Problem

The previous Tillers brand projected an old-fashioned image. Moreover, their logo and branding was not consistent throughout all their materials. Their website was difficult to navigate and did not provide all the information they had to offer.

The Project Goals

The goals for this project centered around updating their brand and website with a refreshed look and improved usability for the user as well as better lead generation for the company.

The Brand

Logo and Colors

The logo was designed to reflect the Tillers values of excellent service and trustworthiness. The bubbles in the core logo represent a cleaning job well done while “since 1977” projects a sense of ethos. Several variations in multiple color ways were created for different uses.

The brand colors evoke a sense of cleanliness, calm, and trust. They were also chosen specifically to enhance the user experience of collateral materials and the website.

The Website

Structure

The website was structured to allow easy navigation within and between their two realms of service: residential and commercial. Users can easily find the types of services they need as well as jump between residential and commercial services using several navigation options.

Lead Generation & Building Trust

Generating leads for Tillers while providing optimal user experience for customers is an essential function of the website. Every page includes a button to “Request an Estimate” which leads to a quick and easy to understand form. >GreaterThought also provides SEM support to further enhance the generation of leads. The website ensures trust between the user by detailing their philosophy, providing user reviews, and establishing ethos.

Outbound Marketing

Marketing Emails

>GreaterThought created the design of a quarterly e-newsletter to inform customers about new deals, updates, and more. The first e-newsletter was fully developed and a template was provided for future editions. A series of marketing emails designed to keep customers in the loop was also created.

Collateral

Several pieces of collateral, both physical and digital, were created to provide a full set of branded materials to TIllers.
